We had a very stressful and complicated situation involving two separate flat moves, storage and delayed completion times. Nick is so calm and the team so friendly, hardworking and most of all, were so ridiculously helpful and flexible in quite a tense situation. When our sofa would not fit through the front door of our new home, Nick offered to store it in his storage facility. He kept it for us until we were able to sell it (some eight weeks later).
